Your credit card statements will be delivered securely, in PDF format, to Digital Banking under 'Statements', and as well as to your mobile app. We'll send an email letting you know when each new statement is ready to view.
If you'd prefer to receive paper statements, you can request these once your account is open.
Should we make any changes to the terms of your credit agreement, we’ll notify you by email using the address we have on file. Where emails contain attachments, they will be in PDF format.
Your delivery preferences may take a few weeks to be reflected in Digital Banking and our Mobile app.
