To help open your account straight away, by law we need to check your details to confirm your identity. You can provide your ID online if you provide us with your mobile number.
You will then be able to upload a valid passport, UK driving licence or an EU ID card using our DigiDocs service. This allows you to submit your ID anytime, anywhere and on any device.
If you would prefer not to provide your mobile number, that's ok, but you might need to visit a branch to supply your ID instead.
