Do I need to register for my benefits?

There's no need to register, you're automatically covered. However we recommend that you register your handset to make the claims process quicker. Call us about any pre-existing medical conditions or if anyone is aged 70 or over.

You’re automatically registered for mobile phone insurance but we recommend you register your handset so that we have your IMEI number and claiming will be quicker.

When registering your handset you will be asked for your handset make, model number and your IMEI number, so have them ready. You can find your IMEI number on the back of your phone behind the battery or by pressing *#06# on the keypad. If you change your handset, remember to let us know.
