How do I get started?

Setting up your new account

All you need are the details of the current account you want to change – i.e. your account number and sort code. 

 

You can find your 8 digit account number and 6 digit sort code by logging in to Digital Banking. Your account number and sort code are shown on the 'Account summary' under 'Personal accounts'.

 

You can also find them on your cheque book, paying-in book or bank statement. Alternatively, give us a call.

When will my account be changed?

It will typically take five days to convert your account. We will always aim to do it as quickly as possible.

 

We'll send you an email confirmation. You'll also receive a welcome pack in the post.
