How do I send money abroad?

Sending money abroad to support your loved ones shouldn’t be expensive. That's why we don’t charge a fee to send standard international payments using Digital Banking or the Mobile App.

When sending money abroad, you'll pay different amounts depending on when or where you're sending it to and how quickly you need it to arrive.

An existing international payee already set up in Digital Banking

Any other country specific requirements

You will need to set up your payee first.

Your step-by-step guide:

    Log in to mobile banking

  2. 02

    Select the account that you wish to send your payment from

  3. 03

    Select ‘International payments’

  4. 04

    Select ‘Choose saved payee’

  5. 05

    Choose a payee from your list

  6. 06

    Select 'enter amount', enter the amount you want to send and press ‘Done’

  7. 07

    Then choose between the transfer types ‘Standard’ or ‘Urgent’

  8. 08

    Select the fee type

  9. 09

    Review your payment and if happy with all the details, click ‘Confirm payment’

    You’re almost there. Make sure you read the terms and conditions

    Accept and voila! You’re done
