We’ll show you some helpful tips on how to take a great picture of your chosen document, and how to upload it, or how to upload a PDF.

Your details and further information

We need to confirm a few more details; in order for us to check who you are and that you live at your current address. We may also ask for more information from you in order for us to consider your request.

You will need to log in to the portal using a mobile or tablet and provide evidence of your Photo ID as well as take a selfie.

You need to upload your ID within 10 minutes of uploading your Photo ID so we can compare them.

Top tip:

If you're using an iPhone or iPad to upload your selfie, you need to upload the photo from your photo library rather than taking photos and uploading them directly from your camera. Please make sure your selfies are saved to your library so you can complete your selfie upload.
