Telephone Banking


I received excellent customer service this past week while on holiday. My credit card had stopped working, through no fault of mine or of your company, and I was in a great deal of distress. On both occasions when I phoned I received excellent service from your team. I was first helped by a lady named Lisa and then on the second occasion by two gentlemen and a very helpful manager who went above and beyond to help me out.
I have been a Royal Bank of Scotland customer for over a decade now and with 24-hour helplines, manned by experts with outstanding customer service I shall continue to be so. Thank you to you and your amazing team yet again for helping me in a time of need.

I wanted to pass on my gratitude to an amazing cashier working in your Tottenham Court Road branch.
My elderly father is a customer of yours and had fallen victim to a credit card fraud over the bank holiday weekend. We came to the branch to check he had successfully cancelled his card and to understand how much the fraudsters had taken.
Your employee could not have been more helpful, kind, sympathetic and reassuring. It made all the difference to my father who had been really upset by the fraud.
