Ordering a
card-reader

In a nutshell

Digital Banking is great to view your balance and make transfers between your accounts, but it has more to offer than that. To get the most from Digital Banking, you will need a card-reader.

You can order a new or replacement one online and it should arrive within six working days.

Note: To order a card-reader, you’ll need to have an Digital Banking account. You must order your first card-reader through your Digital Banking.

When your new card-read arrives, if it's your first one you'll have to enable your card-reader before you can use it.

If you have previously enabled your card-reader then you shouldn’t need to enable it again to begin using it.

No debit card?

If you do not have a debit card for your account, we’ll send you an Digital Banking card (known as a CAP card) and PIN that you can use with the card-reader. Please allow up to 15 working days for these to arrive.
