    Log in to Digital Banking

    Select 'Security' from the left-hand menu

  3. 03

    In the 'Using a card-reader' section, select 'Order a card-reader'

  4. 04

    Select a reason from the drop-down menu

  5. 05

    Click 'Confirm'

What to do next

A card-reader will arrive within 6 working days, we'll send it to the main address we have for you.

When your new card-read arrives, if it's your first one you'll have to enable your card-reader before you can use it.

If you have previously enabled your card-reader then you shouldn’t need to enable it again to begin using it.

No debit card?

If you do not have a debit card for your account, we’ll send you an Digital Banking card (known as a CAP card) and PIN that you can use with the card-reader. Please allow up to 15 working days for these to arrive.

Still not recieved your card-reader?

If you've ordered a card-reader that hasn’t arrived yet and you need to make a payment urgently, you might be able to use Mobile Banking.
