Reporting a stolen credit card

If your Royal Bank of Scotland credit card has been stolen, call us straightaway on:

Add your signposting title here… Reporting a lost or damaged credit card

You can now report your credit card as lost or damaged via Digital Banking - login and go to the 'Cards' section on the left hand tab. Choose 'Manage my credit card', then you'll be able to report your card as lost or damaged and order a replacement.

Once you've recorded your credit card as lost, damaged or stolen, your replacement card will be with you within 5 working days.

Protect yourself from fraud

If you lose your credit card or it is stolen, you should report it to us as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of fraud. 

Always remember to keep your PIN safe and do not disclose it to anybody. As a bank, we will never ask you to reveal your PIN to us.

Manage your credit card online

Even if you're waiting for a replacement to arrive, you can continue to manage your credit card online. 

You can use Online Banking to manage all of your Royal Bank of Scotland accounts including your current account and credit card and carry out everyday transactions. Get started with Digital Banking.

Credit Card Online Services allow you to manage your credit card in more detail. You can set up alerts, pay your credit card bill, manage your personal details and monitor your credit card transactions.
