In order to keep our systems up to date, we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance. So that we don't cause you too much disruption, we do this in the early hours of the morning from 02:00 to 02:40.

When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will update the information below with the specific times and services affected. We are sorry for any disruption that this may cause for you.

Wednesday 24th August

We will be carrying out essential software maintenance to our Cash Machines for approximately 30 minutes between 02:00am and 03:00am.

This means commencing at approximately 02:00am:

All RBS cash machines will be out of service. Access to cash and other services will not be available to all Debit and Credit cardholders.

RBS Debit cardholders will not be able to use the cash machines of other financial institutions.

RBS Credit cardholders will be able to use the cash machines of other financial institutions.

Between the outage request period of 02:00am and 03:00am a full suite of service options may not be available.
