How to get into the app

To use the mobile app, you need to be set up for RBS Digital Banking. When you sign up for this, you will get a Customer Number which is your date of birth (DDMMYY) followed by 4 digits. This is shown on the screen and also emailed to you.

You need to enter your Customer Number when you activate the Mobile app, if you don't know what this is, you can enter a few details following the link below to retrieve your Customer Number.

When you have this number, you can go back into the app at the point you left, enter the Customer Number and get instant access to Mobile Banking.
