Eligibility criteria
Available to all customers with a sole income of at least £100,000 or a joint income of £120,000 paid into their Royal Bank of Scotland account, or minimum outstanding mortgage borrowings with us of £500,000, or savings and investments of at least £100,000 held with us.

Rewards Rewarding you for banking with us

With our range of Reward accounts, you can get 2% back in Rewards on your household bills paid by Direct Debit, and at least 1% when you use your debit card at our partner retailers.  These household bills are council tax, gas, electricity, mobile, phone, TV and broadband. That means for every £100's of household bills you get £2 back.  Monthly fees and terms apply.

Reward accounts are available in branch only, to UK Residents over 18 in Royal Bank of Scotland branches in Scotland and Holts, Drummond or Child & Co customers. Reward accounts are not available to Royal Bank of Scotland customers in England and Wales.

Rewards Reward Black account

Exclusively for Private customers, our Reward Black account gives you worldwide travel insurance and airport lounge access, UK and European breakdown cover and 2% back in Rewards on selected household bills paid by direct debit, for £28 a month. All benefits apply to you and your joint account holder, if you have one, and most are available automatically.

Rewards Reward Black credit card

The Reward Black credit card could be the perfect partner for your Reward Black current account. You can earn 1% Rewards on your purchases in supermarkets (0.5% at their petrol stations) and get your credit card annual fee refunded if you have a Reward Black account. You also won't pay any foreign transaction fees when you use your credit card abroad.

To apply you must be 18 or over, a mainland UK resident and earning over £15k p.a.
