Customers are reporting money being stolen from their accounts after they’ve responded to fake emails from parcel delivery companies, like DPD.
Criminals are sending messages, pretending to be from parcel delivery companies like DPD or Royal Mail. The aim is to get you to click the link and give away your phone number and bank details. You will then receive a call from the criminals, pretending to be from your bank’s fraud team, trying to persuade you to move your money to a ‘safe account’ or give away your card reader codes.

We will be carrying out routine maintenance between 02:00am and 06:00am on Sunday 17th January 2021. During this period there will be an service outage of up to 90 minutes for RBS Debit cards used in the ATMs of any LiNK member financial institution in the United Kingdom. There is no impact for debit cards used in ATM transactions in the Republic of Ireland.
RBS Debit cards will continue to work when used in the ATMs of NatWest, RBS, Ulster Bank & Tesco
