What's this all about?

Find out important updates related to our range of services. And, you can also see whether our range of services are running as we expect, if we're aware of any issues, or if we're planning a period of maintenance soon.

Planned Upgrades

In order to keep our systems up to date and add improvements we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance.

So we don't cause you too much disruption, we do this in the early hours of the morning from 02:00 to 02:40.

When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will provide an update below and give you the specific times and services affected. 

Support for customers in flooded areas

If you've been affected by flooding in your area, our teams are here to support you.

Customers who are impacted and hold Home Insurance with us can call the Home Insurance line between the hours 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday:

  • 0800 051 1450 option 1 

Outside of these hours, customers should call the emergency number:

  • 0345 878 5069

We can also provide the following additional support:

  • Mortgage and loan repayment deferral for up to three months
  • Customers can close fixed savings accounts to access cash with no early closure charge
  • Refunds on credit card cash advance fees
  • Customers can apply for increased temporary credit card limit
  • Customers can request an increased cash withdrawal limit of up to £500

To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance from approximately 02:15am until approximately 04:55am this Saturday 22 February. This means that our Mobile banking service will be unavailable during these times. Our Digital and Telephone banking services will still be available.
