Our video banking service allows customers to meet with a video banking adviser without having to visit a branch.
Video banking is currently available to Royal Bank of Scotland personal customers. Customers who prefer a face-to-face appointment can arrange one – by video – at a time and location convenient to them.
We connect with the customer using a live video link, either at their home, or in branch. The video banking advisor can conduct a Financial Health Check or discuss a personal loan, credit card or overdraft, as well as opening a current or savings account. All they need is a device with a camera such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC with webcam.
This service is available to customers from 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and on a Saturday from 9am - 3pm. Appointments can be booked through any branch, over the phone on 0345 90 00 400 or via webchat.
Please note that the Video Banking is not currently available to Royal Bank of Scotland customers in England and Wales
