Change your
account names

In a nutshell

You can change the names of your accounts as they appear in Digital Banking and your mobile app, so that they’re easier to recognise.

This will make Digital Banking and your mobile app easier to use, but your personalised account names won’t appear on your paper statements. It’s a good way of recognising your accounts at a glance. You can return to the original account name at any time.

    Log in to the mobile app

  2. 02

    Select the account you want to create/edit the nickname for

  3. 03

    Select the three dots to the top right of the screen

  4. 04

    Select "Edit Account Nickname"

  5. 05

    Enter the new account nickname and select ‘Done’ to finalise the changes

    Select 'Your details' from the left-hand menu

  3. 03

    Under the 'Change account names' section click on 'Change account names'
