We have updated all our telephone numbers to 0345 or 0800, to make sure it's cheaper for you to call when you need us. If you have any of our contact numbers stored, please make sure you update these.

Lost or stolen card?

 

If you've lost your card or you've had it stolen, it's important to let us know as soon as you can...

You can now report your debit, credit, or savings card as lost or damaged and order a new one online.

 

If your card has been stolen, or you think someone may have access to your card PIN, please contact us so that we can cancel the card and issue you with a new PIN:
