We will never ask our customers for any personal information by email. You should not respond to any email asking you to divulge personal information.

It’s also important that you don’t click on any of the links or attachments it contains.

Please forward the email to us at phishing@rbs.co.uk.

You can also forward the email to Action Fraud, the National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre at NFIBPhishing@city-of-london.pnn.police.co.uk.

If you have responded to the email, and/or you suspect that any of your accounts with us have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately.
