Coronavirus: loan support

If you've been impacted by coronavirus and you're worried about missing a loan payment, we may be able to offer you a payment deferral of up to 3 months.

Get in touch via the app

If you have access to our mobile app you can contact us via the 'Message us' facility. Once you're in the app, simply tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen followed by 'Message us' and quote 'coronavirus loan' in your message.

Alternatively you can get in touch via the 'Help' button in the bottom right corner of the page.

Request final settlement amount

If you’re considering completing your loan by making one final payment this could be ideal for you.

Make an extra payment

If you would like to make an extra loan payment in addition to your normal monthly payment, we can tell you how this could impact your loan.

Change your payment date

You can request to change the day you pay for your loan Direct Debit.

Request your existing agreement

You can request a copy of your existing loan agreement documentation if you’ve misplaced it or didn’t print it at the time of applying for your loan with us.
