What should I do if my travel plans have changed or been cancelled?

If your trip has been changed, registering a new travel plan will overwrite your previous plans.

If your trip has been cancelled completely you can delete your travel plan.

You can do this yourself by using the mobile banking app.

For credit cards only, this can also be done via the below options:

You can tell us via webchat or by calling Telephone Banking.

To contact us via webchat, just log into your Digital Banking, go to 'Cards', and select the 'Need help' button to start a chat with us.

You can also call Telephone Banking (opens in a new window) where our staff would be happy to help do this for you. Just make sure you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you can also call Credit Card Services.
